यह पोस्ट मेरे २३ मार्च को डाले गए पोस्ट का दूसरा भाग है। ८५ वर्ष की ये महिला सफल आपरेशन के एक महीने बाद । माताजी मे हड्डी कमज़ोर होने के कारण मामूली चोट से कूल्हे की हड्डी टूट गयी थी ।उसके उपरांत कूल्हा प्रत्यरोपन की सर्जरी की गयी थी ।माताजी पुनः अपने सरे काम स्वयं करने मे सक्षम हैं । धीरे धीरे सहारे की भी ज़रूरत नहीं पड़ेगी ।

इस पोस्ट से एक ही उद्देश्य है की मरीज़ की उम्र सफल आपरेशन के लिए कभी भी अवरोधक नहीं होती । मरीज़ की निष्ठा और परिवारजनों का विश्वास हमेशा रंग लाता है। धन्यवाद

HIGH TIBIAL OSTEOTOMY (घुटने की गठिया का जोड़ बिना बदले इलाज ) हमारी दिनचर्या में घुटने के जोड़ का बहुत उपयोग है । भारतीय संस्कृति में वेसे भी आलती पाल्थी एवं उकड़ूँ बेठने का प्रचलन है । ऐसे में ख़ासकर ग्रहिनी महिलाओं में यह तकलीफ़ कम उम्र में ही देखने को मिलती है । घुटने के दर्द से पीड़ित होने के कारण मरींज किसी भी प्रकार की कसरत या कोई ऐसी प्रक्रिया नहीं कर पता है जिससे उसका वज़न कम हो सके । ऐसे में समय के साथ मरींज का वज़न बढ़ता जाता है एवं पैर विकृत होके टेढ़े होना शुरू हो जाता है । अंततः मरींज के पास जोड़ प्रत्यर्पण के सिवाय कोई उपाय नहीं रहता ।घुटने की गठिया ऐसी स्टेज में जो जिसमें झिल्ली (कार्टिलिज ) की सतह पूरी तरह से नष्ट ना हो तो एक ऐसा ऑपरेशन जिससे घुटने का विकृत होने की समस्या से छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है । नीचे दिए हुए तस्वीर में आप देख सकते है की केसे ऑपरेशन उपरांत मरींज के पैर सीधे हो हुए एवं आलती पाल्थी मारने में भी कोई तकलीफ़ नहीं #drprashant tripathi # jointreplacement #arthroscopysurgeon# Nazarethhospital #allahabad

Successful surgery of thigh fracture (shaft femur comminuted with neck femur ) This patient came to me with fracture of thigh bone (fracture at two places ) Today after three months he came to meet me with a smile ,walking perfectly on his own feet and expressed gratitude . Post surgery he was able to achieve near normal range of motion with complete recovery to Pre injury status . Patient is able to sit cross legged and also squat .He is doing all his routine activities without any problems

"Successful operation of elbow fracture" The elbow jovine is made mainly by the union of three bones, in which there is movement between humerus, radius and alna. Any fracture that occurs around this joint or in this joint It is very difficult to get the whole movement after operation. The flexion in the elbow jovine ranges from 0 degrees to 130 degrees.

My patient was about 58 years old and the bone was also very weak because it caused fracture due to minor injuries. Two of the three major bones of the joint had severe injuries. This operation was a major challenge for me.

Successful Total knee replacement Knee replacement on contrary to the misbelief involves the removal of distal part of the femur (thigh bone ) and tibia (leg bone ) which due to continuous friction between the bone ends leads to intractable pain and difficulty in movement Surgery involves the removal of just 9mm bone from both ends.
Latest techniques like subvastus approach ,minimal invasive surgery , preoperative anaesthesia and post operative analgesia ,regular physiotherapy all contribute towards early rehabilitation and mobility.
Post operative pain is reduced to nil nowadays which allows to patient to walk immediately after surgery .

शरीर का कोई भी जोड़ जो चलने फिरने में काम आता है उस जोड़ पर निरंतर शरीर का वज़न आता है । ऐसी स्थिति में ये अत्यंत आवश्यक है कि जोड़ो पर सही मात्रा में प्रेशर आए और बराबर रूप से फैले ।
अगर जोड़ों पर बराबर वज़न नही आएगा तो वे समय के साथ विकृत हो जाएँगे एवं गठिया का शिकार हो सकते हैं ।
Ankle joint एवं mid tarsal joints इंसानी शरीर के हलन चलन के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है और इसका ख़याल रखना बोहोत ज़रूरी है । इसमें मूल रूप से ध्यान देने की ज़रूरत है आपके “footwear” पर ।
कोई भी ऐसा footwear जो वज़न को बराबर रूप से नही बाँट पाता , ऐसी स्थिति में पंजे में दर्द होना स्वाभाविक है । लम्बे समय तक ऐसे footwear पहन्ने से जोड़ ख़राब भी हो सकते हैं और निरंतर (persistent) दर्द का कारण भी बन सकते हैं ।

20 year old patient Satyam Soni earlier operated elsewhere for fracture arm with platting. Unfortunately the fracture did not unite despite platting and even protection in a plaster cast and went into failure . Patient came to dr prashant and was re operated for the same ,after which no plaster was given and patient was allowed to do all movements
Now the fracture has united with full range of motion at shoulder and elbow joint . He can even ride a bullet
एक २० वर्ष का बालक अपने हाथ की हड्डी ना जुड़ने से व्यथित और तकलीफ़ में था । पहले किया गया ऑपरेशन सफल ना हो पाया ।डॉक्टर प्रशांत ने पुनः ऑपरेशन की सलाह दी ।ऑपरेशन के बाद अब वह बिल्कुल स्वस्थ है और कंधे और कुहनी के मूव्मेंट में भी कोई तकलीफ़ नही । प्रथम xray में प्लेट टेढ़ी हो गयी है और स्क्रूज़ भी हड्डी के बाहर हो गये हैं । दूसरा एक्स्रे हड्डी जुड़ने के बाद का है ।
